Returns & Refunds

All Motor Fiends products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at motorfiends@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind

Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find the best solution.
